Landmark Interiors provides interior design services in California. All projects are governed by separate proposals and agreements. Website content does not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, and design elements on this site belong to Landmark Interiors. Do not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

Third-Party Vendors

Design recommendations may include products, materials, or contractors from outside vendors. Landmark Interiors is not responsible for vendor pricing, quality, shipping, installation, or delays.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each client proposal or invoice. Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Late payments may delay project timelines.

Cancellations

If a client cancels a project after work has started, they are responsible for all hours worked, orders placed, and expenses incurred to that point.

Limitation of Liability

Landmark Interiors is not liable for:

• Vendor or contractor performance

• Product defects or delays

• Damage or issues resulting from third-party installations

• Indirect or consequential damages
